For each profile offered there is a wide selection of available grooves, widths, single-flange, double-flange and no-flange. Various other bore sizes, keyways or modifications can be found on special buy. We share the timing belts to run with all our pulleys.

The self-guiding Conidrive Program is made up of pulleys without flanges and belts that are 10, 20 and 30 mm wide. The clear anodized light weight aluminum pulleys are created with the unique hub. If the standard catalog items don’t meet your needs other sizes could be manufactured on special order.

Inch and metric Smooth Belt Pulleys are constructed of fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate with possibly brass or metal inserts and are available off-the-shelf. Pulleys with non-standard diameters or of unique design are available custom-made to your drawings.

Business Idler Pulleys with Needle Bearings
Steel Idler Pulleys with Needle type Bearings are available for flat belts, v-belts, sprockets and timing pulleys. Regular bore sizes are: 3/16 (inch), 1/4 (inch) and 1/2 (inch).
Precision Posi-Drive Sprockets
Posi-Drive Sprockets are created to run with posi-travel belts. Posi-drive belts are a low-cost alternative to miniature steel chain. The Posi-travel sprockets are created in aluminum or metal and are offered with a clamp or pin type hub.
